This single layer amniotic membrane is a regenerative, anti-adhesive, anti-inflammatory, and anti-microbial amnion derived biologic intended for, but not limited to use for chronic wound repair. 

This single layer allograft is the intermediate amniotic epithelial layer of the placenta. This layer is a rich source of epidermal growth factor (EGF), fibroblast growth factor (FGF), platelet derived growth factor (PDGF), and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), which stimulates angiogenesis; tissue inhibitors of metalloprtoteinases (TIMPs) which inhibit matrix degradation; extracellular matrix proteins such as fibronectins and laminins, which drive cell attachment, migration, and subsequent organization, as well as  Type I, II, III,V, and VI collagen.

This allograft membrane is processed to preserve the structural integrity of the amniotic epithelial membrane. From tissue recovery, tissue processing, and packaging it is guaranteed to meet and exceed industry standards for the use of biologic products in surgery

 Applications include repair for ( DFUs ) diabetic foot ulcers, ( VLUs ) venous leg ulcers and pressure ulcers.

This is a unique dual-layered dehydrated  human amnion membrane (dHAM) allograft composed primarily of connective tissue matrix.
